Default Newbie would like to say Hi
I came to this site via google to research the General Motors Diet and really liked it so I am signed up and motivated! Anyone here tried the gm diet? I am on day 3 and have lost 3 lbs in the first 2 days. what is amazing is I am not hungry. I think what helps me with this diet is they do not limit quantity and it is only for 7 days. Anyway if anyone has tried this I am looking for some feedback on it and also if anyone has tried tweaking the soup?

I have never even heard of the gm diet, lol. I am a calorie counter myself
