What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit- Lecturing patients on loosing weight when i myself was overweight

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?: resisting when others are binging around me

1. do more excercise
2. motivate myself more
3. stop giving in
