I think I know the difference for me, its a matter of taking a step back to determine what's really going on.
I have a HUGE appetite.....yeah that's what got me here in the first place LOL, however I do know when I'm hungry. I try to eat at the same times every day. 8:30, 11:00, 2:00, 4:30 and 7:00. On the weekends that gets skewed and my stomach grumbles around those times like clockwork if I haven't eaten anything.
