She went to Olive Garden and had the lasagna, salad, AND desert she said! ON the Sunday she had barbecue porksteaks. She said she didn't try to go super crazy but had to high calorie meals for sure. Yes she lost 5.2 new lbs at her next weigh. It took her a couple of days to get back into ketosis then she said after that she felt like she was losing again, and then she did.
Not that I would advocate this but sometimes I do think that the body needs a shock.
