Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I always started off committed and stick to it till I get to about 200lbs then I get lax about following the diet/exercises every day. And no support from family.

Following any specific plan: Count calories, monitor my fat, carbs, and sugar intake, and make sure I get my minimum protein.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm doing it for MYSELF. I want to change.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm really nervous about failing.
