I'm gonna try to do it that way. I talked to my coach about the veggies and he said I could cut back some but just make sure it's not totally. I don't plan on totally cutting them out but I wanted to make sure it wasn't gonna affect anything if I didn't get the total 4 cups in.
Also has anyone tried the Atkins Advantage Shakes. I'm wondering if they would be the same as the EAS shakes.
Had to do the same, veggies with protein were too much. Ate them as a mid snack. Worked better.
