I just needed to post today because I have been counting all calories, both eaten and burned, all week and should have lost 2 lbs in my weigh in today- However I actually gained a pound.
I started beating myself up but then I realized, it was an off week. I was super stressed and only got about 4 hours sleep on some nights- things which definitely impede weight loss. I realized I am bloated and probably need the fiber to kick in too
Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to dodge responsibility, but I need to be kind to myself today so I don't get discouraged and give up!!
So, I am writing this day off and will do better at recording calories and reducing stress, and maybe challenge myself with my workouts this week!! Here's to a loss next week!!!
