Default brown rice

Hi I am planning on starting the diet sunday or monday depending on how much leftover we have from the last holiday party on saturday.
I have done this diet a few times in the last couple of years-but i am wondering if you count your two cups of rice from when it is cooked or when it is uncooked-I am figuring cooked...
thanks for you help

Of this much, I am certain..it is 2 cups cooked, and that's alotta rice! If you can find Basmati Brown Rice, it is sooooooooooo worth the effort to find. It smells like popcorn when you cook it! To die for.

Where can you find this Basmati brown rice you are talking about? I love regular brown rice but I really LOVE popcorn. I would really like to try it!

Hi everyone.

I have been on the Wonderslim diet for a while now and the Soy is just not agreeing with me.

I heard about this Rice Diet but I don't really know a lot about it. Are the portions reasonable or are they small? I don't want a diet where I feel hungry all the time. Is is complicated to follow?

Sorry for the questions but I just don't want to invest in something that is going to be a pain in the but to follow.

So far I have lost a totle of 86 lbs so as far as dieting I am commited to lose the weight.

I you could give me an idea of what the daily menue is and portion size that would be a great help.

Thanks a bunch
