Wasn't sure where to post this, so I thought I would start here.
Ok, so in the past 9 months I have lost almost 70 pounds, which is great, don't get me wrong. But, in my stomach area, it has become wrinkly and sagging a bit. I'm wondering...is there a way to tell if it's still fat that I need to lose, or is it loose skin that just hasn't snapped back into place yet? is there a way to tell?
I have a bit of a muffin top above my waist band, so I am trying desperately to lose, but if it's loose skin, is there anything that can be done? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
