Default Bodacious Black Bean Dip

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
juice of one lime
1 roma tomato or 8 cherry/grape tomatoes
1 small chunk of onion (about 1/6th?)
2 tablespoons olive oil
cumin
cayenne
chili powder
salt
pepper

Combine in a food processor until smooth. Put in fridge for about an hour before serving. Great with veggies and even the baked falafel!

Makes 3, 1/2 cup servings.

I think I will have to try this. We have two huge English cucumbers and I could probably use it for this.
