Not going off IP to have a 'meal', but going to the way other extreme. I cant believe I'm ruining all the hard work I've done! I can't gain this weight back. But I have no coping is the only thing I know! I wish there was an 'off' switch in my brain to stop me from eating! I think I need serious help!
I used to do the same thing and one thing that stuck with me from Weight Watchers was... CLEAN OUT THE GARBAGE FROM YOUR PANTRY!

Honest to God, if you don't HAVE it at home you won't go eat it right? If you have something there it is like a little voice in your head constantly saying ..."hmmmm, that yummy things is still there... we should just eat it now before it goes bad" or many other things. Donate them or throw them out. believe me, your family doesn't need to eat chips and sugary sweets any more than you do
