Pico de Gallo

6-8 firm Roma tomatoes, deseeded, and finely diced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, mostly deseeded, and finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
2 cloves crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1-1/2 tsp cilantro (to taste)
squirt of lemon juice
squirt of lime juice

Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight for best taste.

ENJOY!! This goes with just about everything..... yum!
