I wanted to just put my mini goal down...
Mini Goal #1-Lose 5% of my body weight = 11 lbs
Mini Goal #2-Get off my butt and move!! (At least 3x a week for at least 45 min)
Mini Goal #3-Reduce the sweets...(thats a tough one for me..lol)

My mini-goal is to get to 139 by the time May starts. I'm about 144 now, and I think I might be able to get to about 141 in a week, but I ate Chinese last night so I'm a bit bloated. ^^;;
I really like mini goals (check out my signature). Every five pounds is a mini goal for me.
Things/behaviors that are my goals are:
eat only when seated
fork down between bites
plan and write down every single thing I eat
really taste my food
slow mindful eating
leave a bite of food on plate (food will not 'own' me)
no second helpings
I am pretty consistent with no second helpings, eat only when seated, and leaving a bite of food.
Most of the time I plan and write down all that I eat.
The other things I am still striving to do on a regular basis.

Hey Beverlyjoy reading your goals really makes me think about how i eat...your habit changing goals are good...i might try and do that too...and elenarose dont dwell on your eating of chinese just get back on the horse and get to work...
