Default I have lost 21 pounds!!!!

After three weeks of gaining .4 then losing .6 twice, I was getting really frustrated being so darn close to losing that 20 pounds.

Because of finances I have switched to going to my meeting every other Saturday but am really careful about tracking everything.

I was extremely careful this week and even added an extra gym day hoping to break the plateau cycle.

Well it worked! I went in to my meeting this morning knowing I had to lose 1.8 lbs to hit that 20 pounds lost number.

I got on the scale holding my breath and was thrilled when my leader said, "You did it! You've lost 2.8 lbs which means you've lost 21 lbs!"

I am so darned proud of myself. What a wonderful feeling to know that I've done this. I made the decisions that have gotten me this far!! YEAH ME!!!!!!

YAY! Good for you . . . . I don't know why but 20 was a big one for me . . . Feels great to say I"ve lost 20 lbs doesnt it? Or in your case 21 - Congrats

Good work! I'm finding it difficult to get past the 13/14 lb. mark, but I'm trying! I walked 4.6 miles from my house to an ices store and back, grabbing a small raspberry water ice as a little treat Granted, it gave me back some of the calories I burnt, but I still burnt more than that little thing was!
