I did just recently join, and I did put my start weight at the current weight as of yesterday. But I actually started at 187. Which I know isn't a drastic ways from 179.2(top end of my healthy BMI range) But i haven't seen below 180 in a long time, and I'm excited that today I weight 180.2, just one pound from a healthy range BMI! For some reason I though 174 was healthy range. And while the range being 179 doesnt get me closer to my goal weight, the realization that I am close to a healthy weight is very exciting!
