I've lost about 8 pounds, and this is my third week, but I add extra cardio because that has always been the best way for me to lose weight. So far in three weeks I have lost 4.5 inches in my waist, 1 inch in my chest, 1 inch in each of my thighs, and 1.5 inches in my saddlebag area. I recommend adding cardio to the program because what Chalean has is the bear minimum and she has said online that most of her success stories added cardio, which could include Turbojam.
