Just wondering if anyone has used a WBV Machine or Power Plate. I bought myself one but I am unable to use it at the moment because of a foot injury
I did quite a bit of research before I bought mine but i'd really like to hear from someone that really has had results not some review online if you know what I mean

I have one at home and couldn't be happier with it! I'm getting married in August so i hired one from a company near me in Manchester, (but i think they cover all UK) i've been using it 3 weeks and already noticed a difference!! I wish i'd known about it earlier!
I absolutely love it! Don't think i'm bona let it go, and keep on renting it!
