I also didn't like the pudding. I liked the flavor but had to CHOKE it down becuase of the texture. I added more water and one packet of splenda and I was amazed at how much better it was.
Day 3 for me was by far the hardest. I had cravings for everything and anything that crossed my mind. I am happy to reports that the cravings are pretty much gone. I find that the success I have had motivates me to keep going.
