thanks for sharing! You are an inspiration for me because I just started the same journey 2 months ago.
Weigh loss goals: ***
Start a healthy exercise habit (Done)
Weigh 175 lbs (Done)
Weigh 165 lbs (no longer obese)
Weigh 155 (half way to my final goal)
Weigh 150 lbs (closer to no longer overweight)
*** Weigh 140 lbs (no longer over weight) ***
Weigh 120lbs (Final GOAL!!!)
1 for every 5 pounds lost!
