Way to go Sandi!!!

I'm still at 216lbs. I guess I should be grateful that I haven't gained.

Sandi... you just ROCK! way to go I'm soooo happy for you.

Me? I gained - I just got back from vacation. I stuck to my plan - eat! It was good and worth it. I gained 3 lbs - plus it's going to be TOM today. I'm not too concerned. DH and I are starting again today. (he has been off the diet since the summer) With him on board it will help out a bunch.

It was fun to visit home but those Tim Horton donuts are a no no for me and those Ketchup chips -those should be illegal

WAY TO GO SANDI!!!!!!! You rock, my friend!!!

Jen, maintaining is a victory within itself. Be proud of what you've lost & you didn't gain!

Dana, glad you had a good time on vacation! I have one question, though, what the heck are "ketchup chips"?!?!?!

Ketchup chips... are the best!
Canadians are really into different flavoured chips.. ie. salt and vinegar, bbq, sour cream, dill pickle, ketchup, gravy. Some weird stuff. I had a bag of ketchup flavoured doritos - way too good!

Okay, Dana, those sound really, really good! My favorite "dip" for regular potato chips (like Lays) is ketchup. We call it the "poor man's dip" here

We have the best chips here, I love ketchup and dill pickle chips. I've discovered that Crispy Mini's come in both dill and ketchup flavors -- I'm in heaven!

Down one pound to 257. I feel pretty good about that considering all the steroids I was on for my back for 6 weeks. I look forward to great results as I am back on track and in my 7th day OP. Onward and downward!!!! 4 more pounds to make it 100 pounds lost. Boy I only realized today that I was so close to it. I had actually forgotten how many pounds I have lost! I looked at my chart and realized I started at 353. Soooooooooooo only 4 more to 100!!! A goal I can't wait to meet.

I'm down to 276 even. My stats have not been completely correct for awhile. My scale was very screwy evidently, well, that and a killer holiday season. So, my official current weight as of December 30 was 290.2. So I'm down 14.2 over the last 4 weeks on WW. I'm so happy with this, and even when it slows down, which I am anticipating, this is a program/lifestyle I can live with.

Excellent-fractured miss (sorry, I don't know your name!)

I still have my tom, so I"m waiting to weigh...hopefully Thursday.

Take care,

Angry down one

So, I lost just one pound this week, but it does make for 10 total!

So I guess I can't complain about the one pound only loss. Now I wanna hurry up and get to the 220s!

Congrats to everyone here!
