Default Eggs: It's what's for breakfast!

Yay! More scientific evidence that eggs are a good breakfast food! (and tasty, too) I have been so glad in the past few years to re-include eggs in my daily diet, and my blood lipids are really good!

I eat egg whites often for breakfast. Sometimes with some ketchup, or salsa, or veggies, or my new favorite - turkey pepperoni & lite provelone cheese.

It's only 55 calories for 3 egg whites - yum and great protein!

I love eggs but don't have them as often as I would like!

Good news! I love egg omelettes made with 1 egg + 1 egg white and 3/4 cup diced asparagus, red/yellow/green peppers, onion and tomato. It's a great way to start the day!

I LOVE Egg Beaters omelettes...lots of veggies, no cheese or meat and 2 points on WW! Add some salsa on top...very yummy and very satisfying!

I love eggs. I have a whole hardboiled egg in my salad every day, and at least two hardboiled egg whites every day for extra protein, sometimes more. I could happily eat the whole egg every time but that ends up being more fat and calories than I want.

And they are definitely very filling!

Eggs are one of nature's best foods....especially the ones from chickens that get to scratch around in the grass all day....much higher in vitamin E and omegas.

I love eggs... whenever I eat them for breakfast I am full for a long time. I don't even bother trying to do just egg whites. 2 whole eggs please, a little cheese + veggies, thank you!
