Default First 7lbs!
Hi everyone,

I just HAD to make a post about this. After ten weeks of frustration, sweat and tears, I have finally LOST my first 7lbs! My total loss is 8lbs now, and I know it's small, but I am just so happy

This has definitely led to a big kick of motivation and let me tell you, I can't WAIT to get the next 7lbs off too!

slow and steady wins the race! those 7 pounds wont creep back either because you are doin it the healthy way! The faster you lose the faster it will come back! Great job hun!!

Congrats Charmie! I too have lost 8 lbs and it looks like we started at about the same weight, so I know how you feel!!! Its great to see the scale go down instead of up! Can't wait to meet my overall goal!

i know that it can be slow and frustrating, but the other posters are right, slow loss is more effective for keeping it off!

time to get to work on the next pound. you can do it!
