Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I am terrible about my diet, and though I always feel SO much better after I exercise, I'm bad about sticking to a routine...
Following any specific plan: Right now I'm just doing home exercise videos, trying to alternate cardio one day & strength/toning the next.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm hopeful that the support will make me feel more accountable, plus I'm really ready to feel confident about my body.
