Hobbies/Interests: I love to read books, hang out with my friends, sing songs, and I don't know if it technically counts but I have to spend a loooot of my time studying right now. lol

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: today, 4/8/10

Starting Weight: 178 lb.

Present Weight: 178 lb.

Goal Weight: 130 lb.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I am terrible about my diet, and though I always feel SO much better after I exercise, I'm bad about sticking to a routine...

Following any specific plan: Right now I'm just doing home exercise videos, trying to alternate cardio one day & strength/toning the next.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm hopeful that the support will make me feel more accountable, plus I'm really ready to feel confident about my body.
