Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Persistence, late night eating, carb control (i'm vegetarian so eat sooo many carbs, need to cook more healthy food) and maybe alcohol could get in the way...
Following any specific plan: Calorie counting, excercising.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have a cruise in June that i want to look good for, and am going travelling in august and want to feel comfortable in my own skin!
Anything else you would like to share with us: I really really want to go through with it this time, i'm beginning to loathe myself and have zero self confidence. So here goes
