Default Brazilian Butt Lift...OMG!

Has anyone else tried these DVDs??? Just got them in the mail...holy crap! my butt is KILLING me today!!! seriously, i have one sore hinder. they are only 20-35 minutes long, but it is a SERIOUS cardio non-stop workout. no rest between exercises (at least no stopping...they slow the pace down a tad). i admit, i had to stop from time to time to catch my breath...and i sweated like CRAZY. granted, i'm pretty out of shape, but still, you really feel those squats and lunges. i'm using butt muscles i didn't even know existed...and i have to admit, i'm curious to see how well it works. that alone makes me want to stick with it. i think these may actually be worth the $60.

I just ordered Chalean Extreme, but I'm very interested in Brazil Butt Lift and have even recorded the informercial. I do plan to buy it when I'm almost finish with the 90 days of Chalean Extreme. One of my classmates/residents is also dying to try this. Please keep everybody updated on how it goes for you because I've noticed that there are no threads related to Brazil Butt Lift.

glad to hear you like them.. I just ordered them last week, so still waiting for them to arrive. I was kinda holding off on them worried they might be too easy, but I watched the infomercial and seen the Victoria Secret model and other models endorsing the trainer, so I got suckered in. My butt has always been flat and droopy.. hoping this will round, firm and lift it.

yeah dr. roxy! i'd love to chat about progress with someone else that has them. gonna start the program hardcore on monday...ringmaster, i'd like to hear what you think of them after you get them...keep me posted on how you're doing with it. they definitely are challenging. the only DVD i didn't really like was the Cardio Axe. i thought the moves were really difficult to follow and i felt like i got a better cardio workout with the Bum Bum DVD. i also want to try the Slim in 6 Series. just bought those on ebay today. i get bored, so i like to switch it up from time to time.

I am on my last week of BBL and I love the results so far. I didn't take my measurements unfortunately but I have to say my bottom is smaller and firmer and my saddle bags are finally going away. I finished my first round of Insanity when I started BBL. Now I'm doing my second round Insanity and BBL at the same time and the results have been amazing. Anyone out there on the fence about ordering I would have to say to do it. Feel free to ask any questions....

It is a 4 week program and I am in my last week. I started noticing results after the second week. Although it's only a month long I am going to do it again.

That's great, bobo! It's nice to know you saw results quickly. I want to try Insanity next.

How's it going shoeluver67? My lower body is so sore! I wasn't expecting the cardio in the bum bum video. Let's keep going!

I finally saw the infomercial today, I have to say I'm interested only because I am a pear shape, and its tough finding an exercise besides lunges to shape that area up. Might consider this, but would like to hear more about from others.

Whoa! I tried Bum Bum today and it was intense! LOTS of nonstop lunges and squats.

Hi Firecracker! This is a total body workout. One of the video's called Sculpt works your upper body with weights. It also works your abs plus there is a seperate abs video.

Insanity is another workout from Beach Body that is a non-stop cardio workout. There is also resistance training that uses your own body for resistance. I LOVE IT!! It has literally gotten me in the best shape of my life. There is a thread about it here in the fitness video section.
