Red face I RAN on the treadmill!!!

I ran on the treadmill today instead of just working out on the eliptical. This is a first for me! I have always been embarrased or it has hurt to run due to being so large. Today I decided the gym wasn't too crowded so I would give running a try. I DID IT AND THE TREADMILL DID NOT CRY OR COLLAPSE!!! Some may find me ridiculous, but I know others may feel the same way as I have in the past. I didn't run for long, but it felt good to be able to run and not just power walk! To actually get air feels good

the feeling of running on the treadmill is sooo awesome.. I would buy one if I could I love nature and all but the fact that I can trust the track to be smooth, leveled, straight, and the air to be the right temperature.. lets me focus on the running, the beautiful feeling of running free from restrictions.. aaah

GREAT JOB !!!!!!!! KEEP AT IT!

I haven't really tried running outside, but I usually work out on the elliptical because it is lower impact. Perhaps this summer I will give outside a try because I would much rather be outside then in the gym. Although, I am pretty cautious about working out because I don't want to injure myself. I can't take the setback...it would crush me emotionally...so I have been keeping the running to a minimum until I get more comfortable with my body
