Goal Weight: 105-110 (i'm barely 5 feet so its pretty legit and healthy
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: the 30 day slump, usually I can accomplish 30 days, then I'll either be away for a week or grow super busy and just never quite jump back on the wagon.. oh and i'm broke so groceries are hard to come by. I live with roommates but cook only for myself since my roommates eat food like pizza, poutine etc so meals for one aren't as fun.
Following any specific plan: healthier eating adjustments (lifestyle change), decreasing the sugar and fat, adding jogging routines and p90x on the days I have time.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: my first time joining a support group.
