Default Green Menu

I am very close to going on the green menu which I haven't seen. Do you still get 3 oz of hard cheese and 6 oz of cottage cheese?? In searching the threads I know fish, chicken etc go down to 4 oz but am curious about the cheese which is my favorite food.

No you only get 2 oz of cheese and 4 oz of cottage cheese. You only get cottage cheese, cheese or eggs 3 times per week for lunch. Sorry that I couldn't bring good news. For some reason I felt more hungry after I got the green menu.

Thank you! It really helps as I can start getting my mind around what comes next and it won't be such a shock. Mixed blessings, my weight will be lower and my food will be more restricted. The best news is I can almost taste onderland.
