What are your fitness/health goals? weigh 140 and become a person who makes healthy choices

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? looking at pictures of myself... my heavier self and my lighter self and thinking how much I never want to go back to the heavier and wish I was still the lighter

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? making healthy choices. living in an apartment with 3 other girls who don't make good eating/exercising choices provides a lot of temptation

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? snacking and actually exercising

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? a Lilly Pulitzer dress... I told myself I would buy one for my graduation get together if I lose 20 lbs. by then. and of course, a bikini
