Default grams protein to be considered protein

How many grams of protein should a food have to be considered one of your proteins for the day? I have gotten yogurt with 6g protein - does this count?

Thanks.

No way. A serving of protein is at least 21 grams. Yogurt is dairy anyway and doesn't count for lean protein.
