Smile Exercise TV

Does anyone else use Exercise TV? I love it -- I signed up for the All Access Pass, which allows you to download five videos a month plus have online access to their entire workout library (160+ workouts) for ten dollars a month.

I really love the sculpting videos; the instructions are clear and the workouts really do a great job of addressing all the muscles groups in the shortest amount of time (most of the videos are between twenty and forty minutes long). They also have a great collection of pilates, yoga and exercise ball workouts. The videos are all of the highest quality and the instructors are great -- well, most of them. Some I find a little annoying, but they mainly do the cardio videos and I'm not a cardio person really (save for running). They even have ten-minute workouts for when you don't have time for a full workout.

Anyway, you can access about eighty-four videos for free on their website... Check it out. Whereas before I was bored with exercise, now I look forward to trying out new workouts (they add new workouts monthly)...

I love exercise tv. I agree with everything you said. My absolute favorite is Maura Barclay's No Sweat Yoga. It's a very easy, calming way to stretch all of your muscles. I notice my flexibility improving so quickly by doing the workout.

I just discovered it!! Right now I'm using the Make Me Over 40-minute video. It's not so difficult that I have to water it down, and the people in the video aren't little skinnies.

Exercise TV is really great. I love the Dorm Room Workout even though I'm not in college I still could lose that freshman 15!! They're so positive and motivating.

What do they focus on in the Make Me Over 40 workout?

Looks like a circuit training overall aerobic/strength training workout. I just skimmed it (watched on fast-forward) so I don't know for sure. But the people are definitely not the super skinny peoples. Looks like it's worth a try!

I found them from free points on COKE REWARDS and have been enjoying them ever since you can also buy through them downloads or videos of popular videos . Cindy Whitmarch is great if there are any on her at this time they also have some great kickboxing. Thhey have lots of short workout but you can put them together and make great workouts.
