Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: finding time to exercise, losing motivation

Following any specific plan: 1200 cals/day and 6 days a week at the gym for 1 hour each day

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am actually sticking to it! I have made it to the gym faithfully for a month- that is more than I have ever done! I even think I kind of like it, but don't tell anyone!
