im new to this site too, so havent really got the hang of it either!
I;ve just turned 21 and I started my weight loss last july, where i started at 220, im now 166 (well as of four weeks ago, i;ve been at uni with no scales so i may have lost/gained!) and the last 20 pounds or so is definately going to be my hardest as weight loss has totally slowed down. so i definately need motivating to stay on the straight and narrow so would be cool to track successes/downfalls with someone in a similar situation!
Im currently on day 13 of jillian michaels 30 day shred, but like i say have no scales until the end of the week so dont know how well its going...but ive lost 4 inches already which is a plus!
