I love gut busting cardio! and I really like pilates

What are your fitness/health goals?
I would like to be stronger, more fit and not as woggily - I'm at 205 and would like to be at 135-140

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
I've never been a skinny minnie but was pretty happy with how I looked at 170 - this winter I gained ALOT of weight and really don't even like looking in the mirror at all *sigh* so I figured I could use this to get really really fit and at my actual ideal weight!

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?
I Love candy! and just food in general!! I love to cook and eat out and try new things...

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
I have never been on a diet in my life...but I eat pretty healthy overall - I just want more whole foods and to be more fit

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? :
My sis and sis-in-law it would make my day to do it "the right way" instead of every fad diet that money can buy

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?
to appreciate my husband's admiration - he tells me I look wonderful now but I can't wait till I think so too!
