I have been making my own crepe recipe that tastes the same as IP crepes in my opinion. However, it only has 6 grams of carbs, 2 1/2 grams of fiber, and 20 grams of protein, so I have not been counting it as restricted. Anyway, I made a PBJ this morning at breakfast using the crepes and Walden Farms peanut spread and strawberry jam. It wasn't exactly the same, but it wasn't bad.
