Heading to my first workout class since starting IP
I'm hoping I have enough energy to do it. I feel great right now, but you never know once you start exerting energy. I have 1/2 hr hip hop dance (which means I rest every 4 to 5 min) and then 1 hr of firming and toning on the stability ball. I guess we'll see
