Angry Hi, Newbie Intro!
Hello, everyone!

My name is Sandra and I am completely new to these forums. I am 34 years old and am approximately 130+ lbs overweight. I have PCOS and Hypothyroid, which certainly does not help the situation. I need to lose weight for my health and well being. I am completely miserable being this heavy....I hurt all the time, get out of breath FAR too easily. I want to enjoy my children and my husband and I dearly would love to have more babies....

I am looking for a good support forum and it looks like I have found it! I am adding my profile up at the top, if anyone cares to look?!?

I too have PCOS so can understand the problems associated with this.

Welcome welcome Welcome! I have some health problems too, which make it extra challenging to get the pounds off.

I've found a lot of support and encouragement here and I know you will too!
