Default Kashi Crisp! Berry Toasted Crumble

Anyone try this? Yummy! It is very granolaey (is that a word). Had great flavor and would be very good in yogurt. Here are the stats:

Serving Size: 3/4 Cup
Calories 190
Total Fat 4 g
Sat Fat .5 g
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 130 mg
Pottasium 160 mg
Total Carbs 35g
Fiber 8g
Soluble 5g
Insoluble 3g
Sugars 12g
Protein 9g

Any comments on nutritional facts?

Sounds really good! But overall too high calorie for me. 3/4 cup doesn't go very far in my belly. I eat Kashi Go Lean most mornings for breakfast. 1 cup is 140 calories. I eat 1 1/2 cups, plus about a cup of almond milk for 40 calories, so I have quite a bit to eat for 250 calories. The same amount of this cereal would be 380 calories. But I bet it tastes better than mine.

I love Kashi too. I just wish it was a little lower carbs, particularly GoLean Crunch. Carbs are a real trigger for me, so a bowl of Kashi with a banana can be a bit dangerous for me.

I too thought it was high in calories. BUT for a treat and 1/4 cup in yogurt that would only be a less than 50 calorie addition. So that is doable. But a box would take me FOREVER. I wonder how it would freeze?

Sounds yummy!

I calorie-splurge on cereals. I just can't force myself to be hungry in the morning, so I have a hard time eating big breakfasts. I wouldn't eat a large amount of low-cal cereal. I can eat a small portion of higher-cal cereal. I eat around 300 cal for breakfasts, and that keeps me satisfied until lunch and keeps me from being overwhelmingly hungry at lunch time.

Another one I like is Post Honey Nut Shredded Wheat. It's fairly simple, 1 cup for 190 cal. But it's surprisingly sweet and yummy and has good crunch factor which is satisfying.
