Okay so the last two weeks especially this last week have been HORRIBLE! I have been under a lot of stress. Which means that this last week I just didn't follow SBD at all. That is all in the past now and I have to look to my future goals. I read the book again to get motivation and of course come on the site to get motivation.

I am going back to Phase 1 to get back on track. Wish me luck...

Listen this is a way of life, not a diet. 100% compliance may not be possible at all times. Just pick yourself back up and start again. It really does feel good to make it over humps like this and not throw in the towel totally.

Good luck, Biankita! You are doing the right thing by re-doing Phase 1 to get your cravings under control, and are setting yourself up for success by learning from your experience. You can do it!

I am in the same boat I did really well for @9 days and than LOST IT!!!! Today totally threw in the towel... Now it is a new time and I am hoping that I can start over again. I hate having the SB flu and hoping I do not get it as bad.. Since today was my worst day maybe I do not have much sugar in my system So I am in this as well with you!! We can do this!
