Okay so the last two weeks especially this last week have been HORRIBLE! I have been under a lot of stress. Which means that this last week I just didn't follow SBD at all. That is all in the past now and I have to look to my future goals. I read the book again to get motivation and of course come on the site to get motivation.
I am going back to Phase 1 to get back on track. Wish me luck...
