I went to the Olive Garden and had the lunch ravioli de portabello. I got the sauce on the side and dipped my fork in it 3 times. Anyone have any ideas on how may calories?

you should be able to find it online - either at their website, or using one of the trackers such as the daily plate. Did you check them yet?

Their website says the whole dish is 450 calories. It doesn't say how much comes from the sauce and how much comes from the ravioli.

Marinara sauce tends to have between 80 - 120 cals per 1/2 cup, chances are your dips in the sauce weren't much. However, if I were you, I would just write it down as 450 cals b/c restaurant nutrition guides are typically wrong. They just give you a very rough estimate. If you ended up eating less calories, well then, you win don't you? =)

I'm with Lizzie - that's what I do with restaurants. If I am going to get a surprise because of estimations being off I'd rather it be a happy surprise that an annoying one.

I had that recently! 450 is not as bad as it could be.... good thing I got the minestrone instead of the salad to go with it!

I looked on the website and saw the 450, but the sauce is a white creamy alfredo sauce and oil literaly pools on the top of it. So alot of the calories have to come from the sauce.
