Default 7 pounds so far... YA!!!

So I started my weight loss program about a week and a half ago. When I last weighed in on Wednesday I had lost a total of 7.25 pounds.
I know it's not a lot but I am super excited!!

Thank you everyone. My dad (my dad is a big part of my life even at my age of 30) comes over every other day and he is always telling me seven pounds is nothing. I don't think he means it in a bad way, but to me it was a lot. So I'm glad everyone else sees it as a lot because I do feel better other than I became allergic to the darn bars!

Smack your dad on the back of the head. 7lb is a huge amount for a week and a half.

I love the bag of potatoes - pick one of those bad boys up next time you are shopping and just carry it for a few moments. You USED to carry that all the time.

7 pounds is fabulous for a week and a half. Keep it up!

Oh, definitely gotta love the 7 lbs! And in a week and a half?! I'm so proud of you! You're off to a fantastic start. And I noticed several threads you've posted today which is motivating to all the rest of us as well.

And, I just wanted to add, my mom is 4'9". I know there aren't too many four foot something folks out there. I'm a giant in my family!
