Default Weekly weigh-in ~ January 13 - 19
Looks like I stayed the same this week.

(Sandi - I will stop weighing myself at different times of the day. That must have been screwing me up big time. I have put my scale in the linen closet and try to only weigh myself once a week.)

For the first time in many months, I am proud to announce a loss of 3.5 lbs (since Jan 1).

You will be seeing more losses reported in the future!!!!

This is my first week and I'm down to 236.5. Total loss of 8.5 lbs. I figure alot of it is water weight .. and the fact that my body is in complete shock from the lack of tea.

I lost...finally.

2 pounds gone...
That's 21 pounds since surgery.

31 pounds since October.

I'm jazzed! ! !

Yes, Snowball! Me too! I'm getting comments now that I'm slim which is weird for me. I think I've a little ways to go, but it's nice to hear. I'm wearing 14's, getting away with 16's with the help of a few safety pins , and have some 12's on order from a catalog, since my back is not happy enough to go shopping with me. It's good to have lost so much. I can't say it and not smile.
