Hello, I'm new here
Hi, my name's Connie, I'm Heidi's mother. I've heard so much about this site and all the encouragement and support you offer each other. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I'm interested in eating better and getting more exercise.
I may not be able to post every day but I plan to check in often.

Welcome Connie! We love your daughter on here and now have a bonus of two generations
My mom is in her 70s and has been a diet and exercise inspiration for me. She and I even work out together once a week.

Karen, I sure wish my mom and I lived close enough to work out together once a week.
You should have seen the two of us using the wii fit plus this afternoon.
