Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: current one: Jan 16

Starting Weight: 160

Present Weight: 157.6 (i WAS 155 a couple of days ago...ugh)

Goal Weight: 140

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: once I get to 145, i hit a HUGE plateau. plus when I get stressed with school work, i friggin eat and i need to stop doing that!

Following any specific plan: counting calories with an application on my iphone, and exercising 6 days a week.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: i'm doing it on my own! i want to prove to myself that I can do this, that I can change my eating habits for good, that I can get into great shape...that I don't need a weight loss camp or to spend loads of money just to feel bad about myself.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm ready to lose weight and keep it off completely!!
