Breakfast" usual 6 egg whites ,veggie scramble,mrs dash spices and 1 cup oatmeal with 2tbl bee pollen, 2tbls, wheat germ,2 tbl ground flax
mid meal 2 cup veggie 3/4 can tuna lemon juice mrs dash
