Not sure if I attached my picture right ^-^
I lurked here for a long time before, and I finally made an account yesterday I was up at 400 back in September, a size 34 Now I'm 50+lbs lighter and can almost fit into my old size of 28 (they fit but the seam kinda shows, so it doesn't count) I just wanted to share, because I know when you're at an unbelievable weight, it can seem like you can't ever go back. But you can! Just be prepared to get acquainted with
Thanks I just didn't see myself that large. I hadn't seen a difference in myself either, so I thought I'd take some pictures and compare. I really don't know how I could be alive back then, especially with my legs like they were. Guess any one gets better when they kick a caffeine, soda, snack and smoking habit all at the same time lol!
Thank you for joining us and thank you for posting pictures. I read some of your other posts about finding a way to exercise and move regardless of barriers and I was so inspired. You found a way.
You are an inspiration to anyone who says he/she can't. If we can move, we can exercise. If we can't afford a gym, we can step in place. We can lift water jugs, right??? *laffin' at your post about that.
If we can think, we can make food choices. No matter what. If we can't afford "healthy" food, we can eat less of the high calorie cheap, fast food. We can find a way.
I soooo look forward to following your success. And no matter what, you can always come home. Even if you slip up in your inspirational journey, you can always come home.
You should be very proud. It is not a easy road I can attest to that myself, but you have proven that if we are determined we can find a way to bust through barriers. Congratulations! Can't wait to hear more updates from your journey.
