I just wanted to share that I finally hit my first goal, to be less than 200 pounds
I can finally say I don't weigh 200 pounds. I hit the 199 mark two days ago but I have a rule that I have to weigh in at the new lower weight for two weigh ins before I take credit for it so I know it's a loss, not just a fluctuation. This is the second day that I weighed 199. I was 201 yesterday because I ate too much dill pickle spice on my popcorn and bloated up. Cutting salt will be the hardest thing I will have to do during my weight loss journey. I am slowly starting to make changes but I love salt and it's tough when everything good contains sodium. I don't have as much of an issue with sugar, being a tt diabetic. I am used to having minimal amounts.
Anyway, Small victory for me. If I leave the salt alone, hopefully I will see that beautiful number on the scale again tomorrow
I have also lost 9% of my body weight and I realized that I am 1/4 of the way through my weight loss journey. I am going to celebrate with a whole chocolate cheesecake...just kidding
