Started our "Family Fat Club" up again 2 weeks ago. Last week's meeting was cancelled, which meant I had to go 2 weeks before my first weigh-in. Well, we finally met tonight and I'm down 11.8 lbs!! In 2 weeks! I was so excited,I thought I must have stood on the scale wrong! lol Anyway, I just had to post that and brag a bit! I know it's mostly just water weight-my feet and ankles look so pretty and skinny-but it's still fun to see those numbers go down. Everyone in the group did really well, I hope we keep it up this time. All the husbands just kinda laugh and shake their heads at us (not mine 'cause I don't have one!) because we never keep it going good for more than a few weeks. But it's different this time, I can tell. It's never been easier for me to do this than it has been the last 2 weeks. I thank God everytime I pray for helping me through that day and ask Him to help me through the next. I know He will if I make an effort to get healthier. Thanks for listening to me brag! It's important to be proud of yourself for doing stuff like this. Good luck to everyone! I'm only 2 weeks in this time, but I've been "dieting" for years!! Ugh, what **** we put ourselves through! It's ridiculous.
