Default Here I go!!

Well, I'm back on track! I weighed myself this morning (for the first time since Thanksgiving) and I have only gained back 3 lbs. after a month of binging. I'm surprised it wasn't more than that, but whatever - I am back on the bandwagon now!!

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, pork rinds, cup of tea with milk
Snack: cheese crisp
Another snack: Atkins bar
Lunch: sausage links (grilled) and one plum tomato
Snack: pork rinds
Snack: green pepper with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce
Dinner: Turkey and ham with cheese melted on top; lettuce leaves
Snack: Pork rinds with blue cheese dressing

Since this is my first day back on track, I'm allowing myself to eat a lot. I'm determined though. I've been to the gym twice since last Thursday, and plan to go again today. Plus will drink all my water and take vitamins.

Angry

Okay, I started this last week and literally got knocked off track - so, I'm baaaack! lol Actually I didn't do too bad last week except for the "liquids" I consumed a day or two.

Monday

B-approx 3 oz of leftover steak - 3 cups black decaf
S-3 glasses of water - 48 oz total
L-2 hb eggs - large salad w/the works - decaf tea
D-salad - pork loin chops - saurkraut - another veggie-not sure what.

I hope to lose at least five pounds (tho hope for more) before my rescheduled surgery the first of Feb.. I know that I've put on at least five since the first of November. (Today I popped the top snap of the jeans I bought then! )

Total water goal is 120 oz. I can do it. guzzle-guzzle

Default Tuesday 1/7

I edited my food from yesterday to reflect "actual." I did stay OP but look at the snacks!! The most important thing to me right now is to stay OP though. I did go to the gym yesterday and do the Precor for 40 minutes, and 60 reps on the Gravitron. Drank lots of water too so I am proud of myself.

Today:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, pork rind
Snack: cheese crisp
Lunch: hamburger patty, mashed cauliflower
Snack: grilled tofu, a green pepper
Snack: pork rinds w/ blue cheese dressing, glass of diet rite soda
Dinner: ham and turkey with cheese melted on top
Snack: couple of pieces of cheese.

Took an abs class at the gym!!

Default Travelling wrecks havoc!!

Ive been travelling the last 3 days, and they only serve cookies and almonds on the plane and Im allergic to almonds!!!

Anyway.....Hiya Tilly welcome back!! Hope you had a great vacation!

Tuesdays Meals,
Breakie, scrambled eggs w/cheese
Lunch, Ceasar salad w/chicken from Kelsey's
Supper, several slices of ham, couple pieces of broccoli, then got really hungry around 11pm in ThunderBay and ordered a pizza. So......I ate one slice, then picked the cheese and pepperoni off the rest of it lol
oh......ate a package(of 2) digestive cookies on the plane

Wednesday

Breakfast......TimHortons Cranberry Muffin. I havent had a Timmy's muffin or donut since I started this woe, and I found that as I ate the muffin, it just tasted like I was eating a piece of cake....then of course, several timmy's coffees (4) thru-out my morning (travelling)

Lunch- peanut butter cookie (good eh?) Well **** if the cookie didnt taste like crap too!!
Came home and had a piece of cheese

Supper, will be burgers with sourcream and broccoli.........and I cant wait until tomorrow and eating properly again.

Eating sugar, just makes me feel yucky!!

There you have it........geez the truth hurts when you put it down in writing

Have a great day ladies
Robin

Default Thursday, January 9

I edited my food yesterday to show what I really ate. I overate by two Atkins bars, 2 slices of bread, and 3 glasses of wine (sigh).
The good news is that I went to the gym and worked out on the Precor for 45 minutes, and then took a 20 minute walk.

Trying to be more moderate today:

Upon awakening: glass of barley grass juice
Breakfast: cheese crisp, 2 hard boiled eggs, tea with milk
Lunch: grilled tofu, mashed cauliflower, one large green pepper
Dinner: probably roast beef with cheese melted on top

Trying not to snack today. Hope everyone's doing well!!

Angry It's me, the late kid again!

Had a busy yesterday and forgot to post my meals!

So, THURSDAY

B- cucumber & ranch dressing (I know weird, but GB wanted one and didn't finish it!) - 3 black decaf

L-None - long doctor visit - 2 CF diet pepsi's

S-handful of smoked almonds - about 10

D-salad - baked flounder - steamed broccoli-1/2 c rice pilaf

Not the best of days but not as bad as it could've been!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
FRIDAY
B - 3 black decaf - summer sausage & cheese (didn't feel like breakfast!)
L-small salad with chicken
D-shrimp cocktail, steaks, salad, MAYBE 1/2 B potato
Already on CF diet pepsi #2!! I've become addicted to these darn things!
I must admit that I'm feeling less puffy-I go back to the doctor next Wednesday, that should give me 11 OP days, we'll see what the metal monster says.
'til tomorrow (hopefully!) lol
